Policies + Procedures
You can shop 24 hours a day on my website! I accept payments through PayPal, but sometimes the bank account and check payments take a while to process. So I will hold your order until your payment has reached my office.
Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and packaged. I am a one woman show right now, so I appreciate your patience. If you pay with a bank account or check via PayPal, I will not be able to process and package your order until your payment has reached my office.
I ship packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS). I use USPS Priority Shipping to ensure you receive your packages in a timely manner, usually 2 – 4 days. All packages come with a free tracking number and insurance up to $40.00 (USD).
Local pickup is an option and you will not pay shipping! After your payment has reached my office, please allow up to 3 days for your item(s) to be bagged up for you. Once your item(s) are ready to be picked up, I will contact you to arrange a meeting place. I will meet in Kingston, OK, Madill, OK, or Mead, OK.
If you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to me postmarked within 30 days from the invoice date, or you may bring them back to me within 30 days from the invoice date if you are local.
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.
If your product(s) arrive broken, please email me as soon as possible and include a picture. I will have to process this refund through the USPS.
I am not able to honor requests for product exchanges and store credits.
I do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. I also do not accept returns for clearance items or sample sized products.
Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as I will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
All shipping charges become the sole responsibility of the customer, unless it is the error of Harvest Moon: Homesteader, Herbalist, Wildcrafter or the USPS. Any refused or non-deliverable packages will be canceled upon receipt and will be subject to a return-shipping fee by the carrier and this fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the products. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, telephone number, and PayPal email address. I would appreciate a short explanation (although not necessary) as to the reason for your return. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund via PayPal.
