Headache Ease Tincture is a concentrated herbal extract of Skullcap, Valerian Root, Crampbark, Blue Vervain, and Ginger Root. I used vodka as the menstruum for this tincture, because it is more neutral and the taste of the herbs really comes through.
Ingredients: Skullcap, Valerian Root, Crampbark, Blue Vervain, Ginger Root, grain alcohol, and distilled water. Alcohol content – 40%
Directions: Adults- Take 1 tsp. at first sign of headache, you may take 1/2 tsp. again in one hour. Do not take more than 3 tsp. in 24 hours. Tinctures can be taken straight by the dropper or diluted in tea or water.
Discontinue use if unusual symptoms occur. Store in a cool, dry place. Shake well before using. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
I recommended that you consult with your health care provider before you purchase a tincture and for advice on appropriate use for your personal needs. Some herbs are not recommended for people with certain illnesses or diseases, for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you take certain medications.
