Day 10: September 28th, 2018
I woke up at 4:42 a.m. I think I may actually get the hang of this #thefives thing! It’s so peaceful and quiet this early in the morning.
My plan today is to STAY BUSY and MAKE HERBAL teas!
Sorry about the all caps, lol, but I figure those words will really stand out each time I get on here to check in and reread what I’ve typed so far. Haha! I need to do something so I won’t forget today.
Anyway, I am going to get off of here for now and grab a cup of coffee, it should be ready by now. I’ll check in later.
12:00 p.m. I have smoked 12 cigarettes. Good gosh, man! I figured if I kept myself busy I would forget about my cravings. It looks like I’ll be making my herbal tea RIGHT NOW! Haha.
I got some stuff done today, though!

I think I’ll get off here and make my herbal tea now. I’ll grab me a bite to eat as well…I’m getting hangry. Haha. I didn’t eat breakfast, unless you count coffee…lots of coffee. Haha. It’s about nap time too. I’ll talk to y’all later.
3:02 p.m. I just woke up from my nap and I’m smoking cigarette #13 for today. I don’t think I’ll make goal today, but I sure hope I do. I think I’ll just drink some more herbal tea and make some herbal cigarettes. Hopefully that will work. My nap was good though! Anyway, I’ll talk to y’all later tonight. I’ve got to get some stuff together, we are going to go visit my folks in about an hour.
9:32 p.m. I have smoked 16 cigarettes today. Geez! I’m not where I need to be, but it’s less than 31, so I’m happy. I’m hitting down notes right now, so I can be a little more prepared for tomorrow. I’m going to try out some different things to help me reduce the amount I smoke. Anyway, I hope y’all have a good night and God bless.
