Day 1: September 19th, 2018
I woke up and made some coffee. I decided to count how many cigarette butts are in my ashtray from yesterday, before I empty it. There are freaking 31 butts in my ashtray!?! I’m so mad at myself right now!!! I didn’t know I was up to a pack and a half!!! I seriously thought I was still around a pack a day (20 cigarettes). I guess it’s harder to tell when you make your own, unless you actually count the freaking cigarette butts. Anyway, so far I have discovered that drinking coffee + smoking cigarettes will probably be the hardest habit for me to break. In my opinion, coffee + cigarettes just go together. Like peas and carrots. Haha, I know…not funny. I’m off for now, I’ll write more this afternoon.
P.S. I only made 14 cigarettes for today. It looks like I’ll have to do some major rationing.
3:12 p.m. I decided to make 6 more cigarettes, since I have already smoked 9 cigarettes today. Good gosh, this is harder than I thought! My goal this week is to go from smoking 20 cigarettes each day down to 10 cigarettes each day. If I slowly cut back 2 each day, this plan should work. I may have to make some herbal cigarettes to help me out, who knows. If I do, I will be using the herbal smoking blend pictured below.

10:25 p.m. I have 3 cigarettes left. I do not know if I will smoke them or not, but I’m happy I didn’t smoke 31! Anyway, I created a video blog and I’ll post it on my Facebook page since it isn’t working on here.
